Hey Everyone,
Everything is going good here.I am running into all kinds of friends and people i knew before, its crazy. Biggest news here is, Dallin H oaks spoke last tuesday, and Elder Holland spoke for thanksgiving. We also got to make a bunch of emergency kits for people around the world, it was crazy, we had a huge assembly line. Also, this week we get to be host (do you remember the Elder that was waiting for me when we first got to the MTC and i left, they show you around and take you to your room) Yeah, thats how experienced we are. ha, its crazy how fast time flies. Me and my companions were asked to be zone leaders. Its pretty dope, i look forward to helping out our entire zone as much as possible.
ha keep it real. talk to you later.

11/28/2009- Pre Thanksgiving Letter
Hi everyone.
I am trying to stay focused on the work it seems like most people start getting flaky right about three and half weeks. I continue to have good health, I have a little cough but overall doing great. I learned a great thing from my teacher Hermano Andersen, He told us that this mission was never about us. That most importantly there is not formula for success no matter how obedient or hard working we are the Lord does not have to bless us with success. It is a gift that he shares with us so I must learn to work my hardest independent of the result.I keep learning so many things like that I thought I would learn in Chile. It keeps giving the real perspective of why I am here. And I really need that reminder every day, every second because it is so easy to forget and not to do your best. I am learning some neat things in Spanish like subjunctives. They don't even exist in English which is one of the beauties of Spanish.
Teaching is coming along also. We don't do it enough though. The only way to get better at it is to do it over and over. Our district is doing good. I won't be district leader anymore next Sunday that is the half way point here.I still think of popping out of Dad's car like it was yesterday. Our Thanksgiving schedule is wacky. Having Thanksgiving dinner at 11:30 a.m. sweet huh! We are doing some humanitarian projects.
We have had some cool experiences at the referral center. some of the elders have had progressimh proselytiser. It is crazy to chat and call people all around the U.S. We could do South America but were all too afraid of speaking Spanish!
The gift of tongues is real though. All blessing and gifts depend on faith. Oh and don't forget about "works". I need the addresses of my friends! I know your on it! I met some missionaries from Chile today they were way cool. They told me all about Chile and taught me a bunch of words. It's been a nice day. The temple was great. I love you all. We are almost halfway there! Stay strong! Until next Monday goodbye!
